At PinkeySmile, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our freeze-dried food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mypinkeysmiles@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’re happy to work with you to resolve the matter promptly — whether that means a replacement, credit, or other solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable food items
- Opened or consumed products
